It means you are buying illegal drugs.

Marijuana is priced in imperial measurements, so that's around $100 for a quarter of an ounce.

, a $100 a quarter ounce is harsh, don't buy it. In Canada it is $180 an ounce which is about 29 grams, the less you buy the more money/per gram it becomes. Usually people charge $50 for a quarter ounce.
