Im a boy and I've never died my hair, but I would suggest that if you want it blonde, you could bleach it maybe? :S not to sure, or perhaps the only thing to do is let it grow and let the die grow out I guess!

You will have to use a two step process to get rid of the black hair (what were you thinking?). I love my blonde hair and wouldn't trade it for anything.
I suggest seeing a professional colorist, but this has some good tips:

It might take you to go from black to brown and then lighten it from there, but I repeat this will take a licensed professional in order for you to get the proper color along with patience, you have to gradually take a step up if you want to have the best hair color with minimal damage... I strongly advice you seek professional help.. Haircoloring as I said before is not that simple and requires professional attention...
Keep in mind that black hair dye is the hardest color to remove. In order to successfully go from black to blonde, you will need to bleach your hair to a yellow stage, and then deposit a toner to remove the brassiness from your hair. This is known as a double process (bleaching and toning). Hair bleaching is a very tricky process and should only be attempted by a trained hair stylist.
Kay thanks you guys.My mom is talking to some lady that is apparently good with this sort of thing. And if that doesn't work I can always grow it out(my ahris already half blonde half black!oh and yea my reason for dying hair black in the first place is as follows.
Originally I just wanted light brown.
So I boguth one box and dyed light brown.
It rpoduced no difference.
SO the next time me and my mother bought it one shade darker and two boxes of it.
And there's our mistake.
And now I'm half and hal;f
