Remove everything from the freezer and turn it off. I am betting it is too new to be defrosted but if need be defrost it. When it is warm enough you can clean it without the wet cloth sticking too the walls clean it completely with a strong water and vinegar solution. While it is defrosting or warming up go through your food to see if anything is the origin of the smell.

Open a box of baking soda and set inside. This will remove the odor after you have located the source

Defrosted and tried vineger solution and also baking powder still same smell. Checked bottom of the fridge and cleaned thoroughly but no luck.
Possibility of any leak from condenser?
