    Yes, I know TN and GA both offer it online, check out your states unemployment web site

    Actually, the form is Form 1099-G, and, yes, GA offers it on-line. Look under GA Department of Labor.

    Did you even read the answer to which you appended your post??

    The form that reports unemployment compensation is Form 1099-G, NOT W-2, and you typically can download it from your state's Department of Labor website.

    It is NOT a W-2. It is Form 1099-G.

    Yes, if your state Department of Labor posts them on its website. Georgia and Tennessee does it for sure.
