Nutone Model: LA174WH - Recessed Westminster Chime - Specialty Electronic
Nutone Recessed Westminster Chime Model LA174WH -- The door chime needs 24 Volts to work
Two wires go to push button -- one wire from push button goes to 24 volt transformer
Two wires go to chime -- one wire from chime goes to 24 volt transformer
Two remaining wires are wire nutted together
How can you say the Nutone Recessed Westminster Chime Model LA174WH, door chime needs 24 Volts to work? Where are you getting your information from? The company supply the unit in the box with a 16 VOLT, 10 VATT transformer... If a 24V was needed wouldn't the company package it with the size instead of a 16V, 10VA?
