How do I remove the front panel from a Kenmore Model 110-70932990 gas dryer?

Hi,

You will need to get the top lifted first.
Then the front panel is held on place with two screws from the inside top corners.

The bottom of the front panel can be lifted off the clips once the top two screws have been removed.
