Hello,

I am wondering if a creditor can levy a bank account of a minor child? I am required to be on the child's account as a trustee till he reaches a certain age. I know of a creditor that has tried to levy a different account of mine and I am just wondering if they can levy the account of my son because I am listed as a trustee.

I don't think so. If you are only listed as a trustee then it shouldn't be fair game for a creditor to levy.
