    What can I do about my dogs body odor, she smells even after having a bath I don't even want her in the same room as me :confused:

    What shampoo are you using? I like sergents. I bathe my pup once a week it seems to keep her smelling well. There is also dag conditioners and detanglers that refreash there aroma. They can be found at walmart

    Dogs can have a yeast infection of the skin that causes a terrible odor. You could try an after-bath rinse with half-white vinegar and half-water. If it is a mild case, this can lower the pH and make the skin environment less suitable for yeast growth. If it persists, ask your vet, I guarantee he has smelled that odor before and will have an idea what is causing it!

    Brushing your dog on a daily basis should greatly improve the odor. I would also see the vet to check for infections, especially if the strong smell is recent or has increased.
