 Is there some kind of fuse or really that controls the fuel pump in a 94 hyundai accent?
As far as I'm aware, there should be both.
There is a 20 amp fusible link in the engine compartment relay and fuse box that powers the fuel pump through the fuel pump relay.
That fuel pump relay is controlled by the MFI Control Relay that gets it's power from Fuse 3, 10 amp, in the dash fuse box. The MFI relay is controlled by the ECM.

Shondrika, check for codes and pending codes with an advanced scan tool. It may indicate a problem with a MAF Sensor, for instance.
