The debtor had diff. contracts (funding) from the County of Los Angeles, What is the approx. time that the County of Los Angeles should respond to me regarding the court judgment (to garnish the funding), the sheriff already served them?

What does the judgement "(the sheriff already served them)" say about time?

Court Judgment is to garnish the debtor's funding from the County of Los Angeles (contract).

You indicate that the sheriff has served the County of Los Angeles. You may have a copy of the summons and notice of garnishment. The papers served to the County of Los Angeles should tell them the time parameters. Where I live, it is not sooner than 30 days, and not longer than 45. But this can vary from state to state.
