The movie was about a building that was going to be torn down by a big corporation. The corporation's owner somehow ended up losing all of his money and became a homeless bum. He got to know all the other homeless people and the owners of the building, as well. He changed his mind about how he treated people. He finally was able to get his company back and the building was saved.

This prob. Isn't the movie your thinking about, about the plot reminded me of a comedy that is somewhat similar to your post, and it stars the wonderful MEL BROOKS... Life Stinks (1991)

Sounds a lot like Life stinks, which is a FANTASTIC movie!

Thanks for that suggestion and I agree that it is similar to the movie I'm trying to remember, but it's not the right one. I can picture the actor that played the business guy, but for the life of me I cannot remember who it is. I'm so bad about knowing names. I want to say that in the movie his mother had something to do with taking over the business from him, but I might not be remembering that part right.
Hopefully someone else will be able to remember more about it. :confused:
