Connect sink in new half bath (basement)
My basement has a laundry sink (all ready connected), stub for toilet which I am installing, and I want to add a pedestal sink.

How do I connect the sink to a drain and assure venting is proper?

The vent should already be in place so that shouldn't be a problem. The average height for the drain stubout for a pedestal sink should be about 18" to center off the floor. The supplies to either side. The drainage should connect right up and all you will have to move are the water supplies. Good luck, Tom
