    Salt contains iodine. IF and when it doesn't it should state it on the container. ]
    Seaweed such as kelp
    Beetroot, radish, parsley, potatoes, fish, oatmeal and bananas

    Avoid
    Cabbage, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, maize, lima beans, soy and canola
