I have a sick dog with Congestive heart falure, and a Pacreatitise. The vet said to put her on a bland diet, but she won't eat anything now. Do you have any suggetions on what to feed her? I have had her for a real long time, and I really don't want to loose her. She is like a member of the family.

Sorry to hear about your dog. Have you tried some plain chicken and rice? Some vets recommend 'Chappie' tin food for poorly dogs. Hope all goes well.

So sorry. I am assuming you have tried the ID prescription dog food from the vet. Try cooking rice with a low sodium chicken broth. When my last dog had trouble eating in his final days, I would give him plain baked potatoes. He loved them. Stay in contact with your vet to update and get new suggestions.

I had a dog with similar problems to yours she had a leaking heart valve and pancreatic problems as well.

All I fed her was rice and chicken and some home made soup a very bland soup no stock cubes or anything def no salt. I hope youe wee pal feel a bit better in herself soon
