I am on an h4 visa am I eligible to study in us

You have to apply for a F1 visa to go to school if you want to go full-time. You are able to go to a university without changing your status as long as you go part-time or unless you are under 21, then you can go full-time and be on a H4 visa.

Your next step is to contact the university that you wish to attend. You are considered an International student (for application purposes) but will be considered as a resident for tuition purposes. Contact the school you wish to attend for more information.
