My husbands ex switched her directed deposit child support to an account in my husband and there children's names. He never asked for it she just decided to sign it over to his acount. He has never stopped having it taken out of his pay check. His ex now is upset because he will not buy there daughter a car, so now she has switched the money back into her acount and is now telling him he owes her back child support. Can she do this?

Well the bank accouint would have to be in her nme with his listed on it also, and of course he had to know about it, since he would have to sign a signuture card.

But if the support is ordered to the court, and she still has legal custody though the court of the child, he owes the support,
She can not change the money back and forth unless her name was also on the account, CAn she lie, and tell him anything she wants, of course she can ex'es lie all the time to mess with you.
