I ordered phentermine online, I received a small foil, ziplock bag with white and blue capsules, no lettering - solid in color (no specs). It's obvisiously not phentermine - what is it?

Take it to your pharmacy for proper identification. You should never order meds online as you don't know exactly what you are getting, or how pure it is.
