 Hello well as you know my name is Gabby, I have two nieces a 3 year old and a 2 year old. Now the 3 year old lives with me and my parents and the baby lives with her other grandmother. I would like to know how can I get full custodey of both babies because their mother is always going out spending the money that welfer gives her on $90 purses, and she's always saying that she is too young to be a mother and that she does not want the baby's. She is married to my brother he is in jail as of now, and just woke up one day packed her bags and took off to who know where, for the past 2years she has never called us to see how her daughter is doing or if we need money to buy her clother, shoes etc, she has not bought her anything for the past 2 years and she still puts her on her income tax. What can I do to get a judge to give me full custody?

Get a lawyer and file with the courts to have her removed. Should be fairly easy to prove. The hard part is once the state gets involved it can get dicey.

You need to turn her into the IRS that is fraud for her to claim them.
Also turn her into welfare fraud because if she can afford $90. Purses then she must be collecting welfare for them too.
How is she claiming income tax if she isn't working?
If she isn't claiming them she would only get a little over a hundred a month for herself.
If she is working and not claiming the kids welfare wouldn't be giving that much in welfare.
If she is claiming them then welfare is paying her close to $500. A month and it is fraud.

If she is working go after her for child support.
