How far along are you? Early in pregnancy you could be quite exhausted, especially with two other children to care for. You could try increasing you water intake, or improving your diet. Both would be good to do anyway if you haven't already. Try exercising. I nice easy walk every day can do wonders. If you still feel there is something more, definitely talk to your doctor. Anemia is very common in pregnancy. You may need to take some iron suppliments if that is the case. Good luck, and I hope you can get some energy back.
