    If you miss your period.
Okay I was late by a few days and I wondered just last night, is it possible at all that If you miss your period and then that certain amount of days later you get your period... Is there a possibility that your still pregnant?? When I got it, it only lasted 3 days. Which is abnormal for me. And now that its gone.. I'm still feeling like I'm on my period. What do you think?

lostinthedark, have you recently started using birth control or gone off birth control? I know that can throw you off. It could be possible that you have just had a very light period. Have you been sick or had a major change in your life in the past month? I know personally whenever I'm sick I seem to have a lighter period. Not sure why. I would wait and see if you get your next period on time and then if you don't, take a pregnancy test. If it says negative and you still haven't gotten your period, go to the doctor just to see what is going on.

Happyeaster, if you are pregnant the first thing you need to do is see a doctor. How old are you, if you don't mind me asking? One thing, though, you'll get more answers if you start your own post about this. Just click on 'ask about Pregnancy and New Motherhood' in the orange box to start your own thread. Check your phonebook and look online for crisis pregnancy centers. They can be a great place to start when you have just found out you are pregnant. You will need to see a doctor to make sure you are healthy and get your checkups, prenatal vitamins, etc.

No I haven't did any of that. I haven't been sick, nothing to be stressed about, I don't take birth control what so ever. My period was 14 days late so I was kind of concerned. It was one of those "wow this is really strange" kind of periods. Nothing like normal. So considering I got it on the 14th of this month... should I wait until the 14th of next month?

Some women get some bleeding during pregnancy. So there is some chance that you could be pregnant. I would take an at home pregnancy test. It should be able to give you a more accurate result since you're already past when you should have had your period.

When you use a home test, make sure to use it first thing in the morning. It will be more accurate then.

It's possible. But, it's also possible that you could have had a very light period. This article has some good information about it:

Try taking the home test and see what the results are. If it says no, then see if you get your next period, and if not, see a doctor to find out what is going on.
