    Blank Explorer Windows
I have been having this problem for some time, and cannot figure out what is wrong. While on the internet when clicking on a link that opens another window the window that is opened is blank. No writing, blank. The address doesn't even appear. I ran Ad-aware, and that did not fix the problem.
I would appreciate any insight into fixing this problem. Thanks to anyone that can help. If you need more information, just ask.

    Janet :)

    Hi,
    Try the following.
    1. Quit all running programs
    2. Click Start then click Run
    3. Type regsvr32 urlmon.dll
    4. Click OK
When you get the Dll Registration succeeded message click OK
    Restart your computer and try.

    Hi, janetp,
Shaved has a good answer to try.
If for some reason, that does not take care of the issue, reinstalling Interet Explorer should do it, and it only takes about 5 minutes. I assume you use XP. There are just too many versions of XP to print out all of the steps here for each version.
Here is a link for step by step for whatever you have; such as XP with SP1, or XP with SP2.

I do wish you the best of luck.

Thanks for the information... fredg. I tried Shaved's first and it worked. So I didn't have to go any further. Again thanks for the responses. It is very much appreciated.
