WHOA! Slow down there! We all get angry with the people we love and we don't always approve of their choices they make in life, but murder is not the answer. If your relationship is that bad, may I suggest getting out of it? That would be the safe and easy way. Sometimes I feel like strangeling my lover, but all in all I would surely miss him if he were dead.

You have 4 children with this guy, you pay mortgage and all other bills and he is not giving a cent? Did you two make an agreement where you, the girlfriend, worked and he stayed home with the little ones?

Yikes, this question is very inappropriate. I don't know whether this subject is considered okay on this site but personally I think this post should be deleted.

Having said that, no you would not get away with it, you'd go to jail for the rest of your natural life and your children would be without a mother or father. Seek professional help before you do something you will regret for the rest of your life.

Don't kill him, boot him out. Doesn't he work, or why not?

I hope the "murder" question was somehow metaphorical. Some people feel like they could "kill" someone financially in court through a divorce.

If you are at a point where you are considering doing harm to someone, I urge you to seek counseling immediately. That would not be the way to solve any problems, and would certainly create more.

She can't blame him because she allowed it to go on for 11 years... 11 years and still a boyfriend.. I guess he was too lazy to walk down the aisle.

Um, you spent 11 years and had 4 kids with this loser? Now you want to make those kids orphans with him dead and you in jail?

Girl you need to get some professional help and FAST. You need to find the guts to throw him out and get out from under his thumb. You are an enabler and have enabled him all these years. You have to learn how to not be an enabler.

If you got away with it, would you actually "get away" with it? Your conscience would never let you forget about it!

I can't believe someone would put up with 11 years of this behavior. Ain't that much love, in the whole world.

The 11 years, I could take.

Asking an entire web forum if she'll get away with murder..

... possibly not the brightest crayon in the box.

I would not exactly murder him would not give him satisfaction.
It is not he is to lazy to walk up the aisle I do not want to get married and I would never marry him.
He has a job but but he is self employed and just goes when he wants and seems to have got in to a routine of not going.
I do hassle him to go but seem to get any joy no matter how much I cry and create.
But kill him I would not do just wondered if I would get away with it

So why are you complaining about this again? You don't want to marry him, you would never marry him, he is lazy, you have to hassle him to do things? Why are you in this relationship? Financially he is not supporting you? Emotionally is an obvious and he doesn't take care of the kids... If you say you are doing this all alone why not leave? Just sounds redundant. . WHy are you with him? Hell your doing it on your own now.. what's the difference if he is out of the picture, if he did work and did things it seems it wouldn't matter any way because you don't want to be with him.. Why are you waisting time... GET out! For your own sanity

Um, when you start having homicidal fantasies maybe that would be a sign it's time for you to get out of that relationship? Of course you won't get away with it, esp. after you posted it online! Your kids would lose a two parents, one deal and one in jail for life. If you are that unhappy. Leave him. Talk to a counselor about how you are feeling. If you're feeling like you want to get violent with him, you need to get help for yourself right away! Talk to a doctor or counselor.
