Acne comes from overactive sebaceous glands which are glands that secrete oil, acne can also be caused by stress, and puberty and many other factors, certain creams are for certain skin types, I suggest you go see a dermatologist so that he can access your skin and give you the proper cream for your skin type.

What you put inside your body (food) may be causing some of your acne. Ask your doctor about that too. Foods rich in zinc may help.

    Hello Demon

I know what you're going through, because I have terrible acne too. It's a nightmare! Not only does it look bad but it's very uncomfortable. I used to have so many problems at school all because I didn't have perfect skin. I washed my face regularly and I tried proactive, but nothing worked. I went to my doctor and she prescribed me with an acne cream, I think it's called Benzoyl-4 or something similar to that, for my face and a Benzoyl-8 for my back. I also have a gel to apply after I wash off the cream. It has taken a while to work, but it has done wonders on my skin. I didn't even need an actual dermatologist. It takes a few months to clear up your skin, but if you really want to get rid of your acne it is definatley worth it! There is another medicine like proactive, called TriClear. I don't know if it works or not, but maybe you could try it?

The best thing you can ever use is accutane! I had bad acne, and I took it, it really works.
You have to get a prescrition through your doctor. It's a miracle medicine.
