A law firm recently was awarded a summary judgment against me on a
Old credit card account. I asked them if they had my original contract with my signature
And they sent me a letter stating that it was destroyed by the original creditor. Do I have any rights as to appeal this matter or am I at their mercy?:(

You don't want to hear this, but if you had gone to court and they couldn't produce your signature, they wouldn't have won.

No, you can't appeal it, because they didn't win because you owed the debt. They won because you didn't show up.

You're pretty much at their mercy.
