Can they backdate the child support? I was supposed to have equal time with my children, but my ex went to court and got a temporary full custody order and then they keep continuing it so it has been 6 months since I have seen my children.

You have two posts dealing with similar issues. I don't know what the max child support is, but there's no reason to expect that you'll have to pay that.

Whatever is finally ordered, yes if you haven't paid, you can be ordered to pay back child support. Until then, send something!

In this full/temporary order, are there no provisions for visitation?? If there is, you need to enforce your rights. If there isn't, you need to tell us why. Plus, something happened to cause this new order. We need to know that too.
