Last night I threw up but instedad of throwing up through my mouth I threw up through my vagina. I would gag. And every time id gag id throw up but through my vagina? What the heck does that mean? Could it be a possible abortion? ( I don't know if I was pregnant because I had sex when I was off my birth control pills one day and it was unprotected.) what do you think happedn last night ?

First a person does not "throw up" anywhere except through their mouth and/or nose. Thus the term UP.

You had some sort of discharge ( for lack of a better term not knowing exactly what happened)

Next of course it is not an abortion unless you went to a doctor or someone who would cause it. It could be a miscarriage in which you are referring

And yes having sex without any protection does cause babies, even birth control pills by their self are not always 100 percent. And they for sure don't protect against dozens of other sexually transmited diesease.

I think you need to see your doctor quickly to see what the problem is and if you are in need of medical advice.

I have never heard of someone throwing up through their vagina. I think that it was discharge. Did you have unprotected sex? If you did and the person came inside of you that might be what you are seeing come out. Was it a bloody discharge? Miscarriages, are usually bloody, and I doubt that could be the case is you were using protecton. If you missed one day's dose, I doubt, that you would be pregnant, or were for that matter.
If you are reallt concerned I'd go to the Dr.
