I have a 3 cycle hotpoint dryer that is running but will not heat. I would like to try and repair this myself if at all possible. Can someone please help me

This is hypical of dryers that have heat element inside back cover

Dryer won't Heat!

The Element Canister contains most items associated heating

1. Thermal Cutout 2. High Limit Thermostat 3. Heating Element Terminals

On the Left is 4. Thermal Fuse -- These are main items to check with meter

Safety First -- Unplug Dryer before removing back of dryer -- be safe

The Wires also have terminals that get extremely hot and need repaired
