I have a similar situation with a judgment in New and live in California. I was never served. In what state did you file first (or both ?) Did you file the Motion to Quash first, then the Motion to Vacate Judgment ? Do you have any sample forms on Motion to Quash ?

If you believe you have ground to vacate, then just file the motion to vacate.
