Frusterated with my glass top stove
I have had my glass top stove for three years now and have loved it up until the last couple of months. I am not sure what happened but the two left burners are all brown and somewhat a spotted effect. I have tried razor blades, glass top cleaner, baking soda, rubbing alcohol, CLR, soft scrub, and even oven cleaner. I am wondering if maybe it is just permanately damaged or does anyone have any other suggestions. If it's hopeless for my stove are the glass tops replaceable?

    Thanks in advance:confused:

    Hello,
Sounds like pan burn to me. If none of the traditional cleaning methods have worked, then check this link and look at the recommendation from Geri who seems to have found a unique solution: Cleaning Glass Top Stove [Archive] - Message Boards - SouthernLiving.com
