In Minnesota, what are the rules for breaking a lease before occupancy. Do you have so many days to back out of a lease? I would like to know what I'm up against before talking to landlord.

If you have already signed the lease then read it carefully. If you have any right to cancel it, it will be clearly stated in the lease. If the lease doesn't give you any right to cancel then there is no right by law.
