    WHATS WRONG
    Is it my colon?
I am 19 and for as long as I can remember I have been getting sharp, almost stabbing, pains through out my abdomen, groin, and my entire left side. Sometimes its not bad, but at times it is so bad it brings me to tears.
There doesn't seem to be anything in particular to why the pain comes and when, it is very irregular.
I have been searching for a while now to see what it could be, I've come across quite a few things that it could be (IBS, diverticulitis, and some others I don't recall) but very few of the symptoms apply to what I have experienced.
The pain in my abdomen seems to be the more painful most of the time, it comes and goes every about 10 second for about an hour, sometimes through out the day; the pain in the left side of my groin is just as painful, but is relieved by sitting in a fetal position and seems to have a tearing feeling when standing or laying flat, this usually lasts about 10 minutes and is consistent. The pain in my entire left side doesn't come as often but is the type cramping pain that some people get from running. I also get blatter infections about once a year, yeast infections, sometimes blood during BM. I'm not sure if any of these have anything to do with any of my pain, or if any of my pains have anything to do with one another, but if anyone at all has any ideas PLEASE let me know! THANK YOU!

Have you gone to the doctor with that?

See a doc. He'll probably schedule a colonoscopy. Blood is never a good thing.

In the meantime follow the diet suggested and don't eat seeds of any kind, that includes nuts.

I agree that a doc is necessary at this point for proper diagnosis and treatment.
