    Noticeable lack of enery
I noticed my energy level is rather low. I get plenty of sleep most of the time. I do avoid anything with caffeine. My job isn't physically demanding. I just don't have energy anymore. My mom suggested taking a B12 supplement as well as a one-a-day vitamin. I don't know which ones to get. Any suggestions?

    Goddard,

Those pills will not fix your ills. If your energy level has decreased significantly, I would recommend seeing a doctor and allowing him to prescribe an effective method of treatment (if it turns out to be a physical condition). However; stress, depression, and even boredom can zap your energy too.

B12 is good for unzapping your energy loss that moods can zap.
If it is seasonal (gloomy weather) vitamin D is good too.

Try buying vitamins in capsule try form. Many tablets do not dissolve.
Also eat a good but not heavy breakfast
    With orange juice or apple
