    Tax form while on H1
    Hi
    In the year of 2007, I was on OPT for 9 month ( from Feb to Oct) and H1 for 2 month.
    So which forms I should use? Is it 1040 NR or 1040. Please let me know.
    I came to US in August 2004 on F1 visa.

    Use Form 1040NR or 1040NR-EZ, but NOT Form 1040.
