    Taxes on Foreign Earned Income
If I am an employee of a foreign company (I am a US citizen residing in that country). I pay taxes in the foreign country. They do not issue a w-2 or 1099 because they are not a US company. Am I required to include this income in my US tax forms and if so where and is it subject to US income tax?

Depend on which country that is. Some countries have treaty with the U.S. regarding income tax issues.

I am immigrated from Germany in 2007 as a permanent resident and I have the same issue. I know I have to include my German taxes in my US tax statements. But I did not find the right form to do this.

Can someone help me with this problem?

No necessarily an exact match of your situation but provides a pretty good source for you to start with.
