How do I find a job driving truck with a cdl class a with a criminal back ground?

Apply at dozens and dozens of companies.

Try dump truck companies, smaller lower paying local or regional companies. Concrete companies.

Usually the larger OTR companies will look at you if you have a clean MVR and the conviction is at least 5 years old with no other convictions since that one. The jobs are out there, just keep phoning and looking.
