Hey

So... Recently my throat has been hurting
I am had a runny nose and losing my voice.
I have a cold but no fever I guess?

But I am SO SO SO SO dizzy!
Like I turn my head and I get lightheaded.

Is that normal to come with these symptoms?

Or could it be because I haven't really been working out?

A cold can get into your ears causing dizziness. Have you tried a decongestant?

Nope, I am using Tylonol EZtabs.

I'm not sure what is in Tylenol EZ Tabs. The drug that works for me is phenylephrine. It is in a variety of cold medications.
