We have a lexmark wireless printer with a linksys router Our computer is a dell laptop w/xp home edition, MSOffice 2007. Sometimes it will print fine with no problems at all then the next thing I try to print it will not print . COMMUNICATION ERROR COME S UP ON COMPUTER. Also sometimes IT also has a time out error. Someone told me that MY SYSTEM COULD BE COMPETEING WITH MY CORDLESS TELEPHONE for a signal. Ihave unhooked the telephone an then uninstalled and reinstalled . I still get the same results. Can anyone Help?

How far away from your router is the printer? Maybe you are on the edge of the range. It is true that a 2.4GHz cordless phone or microwave oven can cause interference with your wireless. Do you cook a lot of popcorn?:D If you can eliminate these possible problems and you still have issues, you might call Lexmark tech support and see if they can help.
