    Techniques for pull ups
I'm a wrestler and I play sports year round but I can't seem to do more than 10 pull ups at a time I was hoping to be able to get around 25

Do more exercises that target the back. IE. Cable rows, deadlifts, and lat pull downs. Also, more biceps work will also benefit you. The biceps comes into play as a secondary muscle when doing a pull-up. So the stronger your biceps are, the better your chances will be in increasing your rep range.

You might also want to change up your grip once in a while to target other muscles in the back. Vary your pull-up workouts between a pronated grip (palms facing out, knuckles facing you) or a supinated grip (palms facing you).

    Good luck.

It is actually harder for you to do pull ups than smaller people. You are well developed so ,
You have more weight to lift. You have to work on your upper body stregnth in other ways first. Lifting weights may help. You have to be able to lift yourself , which is a heavy thing to do . So take your time and it will work out.
