No worries, its not a drug that your nephew has. It's for bladder control. He may say it's something out of embarrassment.

I am a retired with a PHD, and have seen many cases such as this one. Many children at different ages ( up to 25 ) try different medications to see the effects that they show. Do not be alarmed by such entities that your nephew has.

The best thing for you to do would be to take the pills to your pharmacist for proper identification.
