OK I live in the country where every one that farms and I had my car parked on my land and half of my car was parked on someone else's land and the onwer came by and entered my suv and took my regerstation and called the sheriff and gave all my papers to the sheriff on top of stealing out of my car tow chains and tow ropes well the sheriff showes up and I get sited for tresspass 2 and criminal mischief and what I want to know is was there laws brokes on the land owners part when he entered my suv

If the car was setting on someone property, and they called the police, the police can open a (unlocked) car and look at the papers to see who owns it. I have done that 100's of times myself.

Stealing the two changes and ropes would be illegal, on looking at the papers I doubt the police will do anything on that, but if you prove the items were stolem and prove it was them, they can do something
