    Mixing my CV routine
    All right Everyone!

I've been popping to the gym a few times a week now and been doing a bit of a CV workout.

My problem is I bore very easily! I'd much rather do 3 separate exercises for 20 minutes each than just do one for an hour!

I was wondering if this is detrimental to my regime at all?

My main worry is that I know your body quickly adapts to the workout you're doing, so I don't want it to ruin my choices by me not having anything 'else' to move on to!

    Hope that makes sense!

What is your routine at the moment? Do you really do one for a whole hour? Also what equipment is available to you?

About an hour of CV and a half hour of weights, 5 to 6 days a week.

The CV was split in two half hour sessions, but I prefer doing 4 quarter hour sessions or two 15s and a 30!

We've got runners, steppers, bikes, rowers and x-trainers!

You must change your routine on a routine basis, I talking about every couple of days, change the reps, the routine, the movement, positions , but you need to confuse your muscles.
