How can I complain to Vodafone
I changed my contract with Vodafone UK last March, they upgraded me. It was supposed to be for six months at half price, then if I called them again the following six months was going to be half price also. Guess what? They wouldn't honour this.

I asked them when I could 'upgrade' again and I got some different answers, depending on who I called. Then two days ago they told me that my contract had been extended until July - at the higher rate of course.

I sent them an email but got no reply. So I sent another, and they asked me to confirm details to prove that I am me, which I happily did but got no reply. So I sent them a third email and they asked me to confirm my details again. I'd had enough of the emails by then.

I called them and told them my tales of woe, I was told that I had a great deal, about the best going, which it evidently wasn't even according to their own website but the good deals are for people coming to the end of their contract or new customers. Nice.

Anyway, I asked to speak to a supervisor but there wasn't one available but if I waited for 48 hours they might call back - two days! I was advised to call back in the evening, which I did, and asked to speak to a supervisor. The first guy that answered hung up after leaving me waiting for about ten minutes. So I called again (anyone bored with this story yet?) and was told the supervisors were all busy.

The thing is, no-one has ever offered to help. I get told I'm on this contract and that no, I can't leave, upgrade, change and whoever told me the last thing was wrong.

All I want to do is complain to someone, make it known to them that I have a contract length that I never agreed to, a tariff that I never agreed to and a phone which after two and bit years is starting to have sticky buttons.

Can anyone help? Apologies for the length of this email.

Well it seems they are ignoring you.
Time to give Consumer Direct a call and get them on the case.
