I was wanting to know how to file w-2 do I do one for Missouri and one for Nebraska since I worked 4 months in Missouri and the worked in Nebraska.. but I resided in Missouri the whole time I am a truckdriver.. can someone tell me how that works

You can receive one W-2, with withhdolings for BOTH states shown at the bottom.
