Valentine-less? OK. Don't panic: :cool:

For all those who are lacking someone to share the day with, here are some things to remember to make this a fun A$$ day!

1. Being alone on V-day is better than spending time and money on someone you don't really even care about.

2. Karma is a funny thing. Embrace your single status today and you may find people soon embrace you.

3. Flowers and candy (and most cards) all end up in the trash eventually. When you find the right person, it'll last forever.

4. You lost too much money on the Superbowl to take anyone out tonight anyway!

5. The most romantic night of the year has NEVER been valentine's... it's always the night you never expect.
(How many people spend the year thinking back on what an amazing Valentine's day they had the year before)

6. You don't look good in red anyway

7. You are allergic to chocolate

8. Who the heck is Saint Valentine anyway?
(It's actually a name for Christian martyrs, and though you didn't need to know that - it is kinda ironic ain't it?! )

9. You can have fun now any way you choose: drinks with friends, pass out on couch, pack a month's worth of porno-viewing into one night! road trip to vegas!.

10. So, what are you gonna do?

I'm going to treat it like any other day. :)

11. Enjoy all the empty gym space to myself tonight!

12. Watch my bank account GROW instead of DECREASE

I´m thinking about her, but so I was yesterday...

I am going to go surfing and hope a mermaid shows up by sundown...

If not, her loss.

1. Going out to dinner with a friend
2. doing some homework
3. going to the gym
4. possibly watching a movie
5. cleaning my apartment
6. possibly going to a bar, knowing there are going to be single women EVERYWHERE

I'm going to spend the evening with my 9 year old niece and 5 year old nephew. We're going to make popcorn and watch a Disney movie... Chocolate is too fattening anyway! :)

Bubble bath, glass of wine, and a good book.

Now, that is a perfect night for me! :)

Lol... I like the porno thing mentioned above. Of course after that I'll need a nap and after that it's pretty much night,night:) Ahhhh, who has time for a girl/guy anyway??

P.S I 'm joking, really... I'm... not:)

I'm going to an ALL YOU CAN EAT japanese restaurant with 5 friends :D.. Girls night out (minus the 2 guys).

The funny thing is we didn't plan it purposely on valentine's day, it just happened that way.

We might hit the bar after :), most likely not though, because we'll probably be too full from AYCE

Ill be working until 2am. Just another day to me. And chances of meeting a wonderful woman in the emergency room... not so high. Lol. Head home and work out, play some guitar hero, pass out.

It's just a number, attached to a day, nothing special ever happened today in my life so I'm not sad about it :)

I have just found out my gym is holding some Boxing fights tonight :-) So we all know what Romefalls will be doing tonight... Oh yea, taking some anger out on other people...

Leaving a wine and cheese shindig early to start/finish this agonizing 8 page paper due tom morn. -_-

After seeing that my ex is online and re-confirming what I already know (he is a selfish ------), I temporarily let the feelings of anger and pangs of lonliness come and go, telling myself for the 1000000000th time that I never wanted him in the first place. I never did and I never will.

Every valentines day I perform a 15 minute bellydance for all the couples having dinner together at the restaurant I usually dance at. I get to find a great piece of music, choreograph it, wear my favourite costume, perform, get paid, and have a nice meal afterward. Now that's a great way to spend valentines day (evening) as a single. Lucky me.

So... v-day's all about love and whatnot...

Here's the kicker. While studying at the library, I just witnessed 3... I repeat... 3 couples that broke up. I'm telling you...

It's the sad holiday for singles, and the miserable holiday for couples.
