Is there a time frame on how long a hospital has to take me to court. Will they definitely take me to court? How will they find out about my assets? What should I do? I have money in the bank and if I were to pay all these bills now I be broke? Do you think they will come after me its been over a year now

Eventually, they probably will. You need to check the statute of limitations for your state and or county.

If you ever made a payment by check or debit card, then they have that account information.
If not, they can force you to court to answer specific questions about assets and bank info, if you don't show up, or if you don't answer the questions, you can be found in contempt of court and fined and or jailed.

If you can pay, pay. That is your best option.
