So as almost all of us here are posting because we are in the various stages of breaking up/heartbreak/recovery, I imagine that Valentine's Day is a kind of challenging day for many...

Just a note to say that you're not alone... Better Days are coming... believe it! We will all survive and have bright and happy futures ahead... Next V-Day... Who knows where we'll be... but the breakup agony will be a distant memory by then for sure!! Keep on keeping on, everyone... We're in this together!!

- 6 million people actually BREAK UP/DIVORCE on valentine's day. (expect a madd rush in the relationship forum over the next week)

overall, I've celebrated v-day for the past 8 years, and I'm kind of glad to say... my bank account will be fine this year. =D

And as I said to my single girlfiend today... Image the heartache of those who do have someone in their life, a partner husband, wife, boyfriend... and they are not "physically" alone... but they are "emotionally" alone. They have someone in their life, in their home, but don't feel loved and the relationships are filled with nothing but heartache and turmoil... and then today being commercial Valentine's Day. Their heartache is so painful, because they are not alone, but they are lonely.

So hurting, thank goodness you are free and all the other single ones are free and hopefully today being their own Valentine and picking themselves up a little something. Or just taking a nice walk and truly being free.

Today, all of you be your own Valentine... and be good to yourselves and prepare yourselves for the day your life long Valetine does come into your life and the together, you can make every day Valentines Day.

Lol.. Yea I was dreading this day and thought I would be spending the whole day thinking about my ex... Not so much, yea she crosses my mind at times.
