What is considered a unfit mother
When a mother moves from place to place but stays in same town and the child has been in different schools a lot, is that considered unfit in state of Georgia

Unfit? I would say more like you move around a lot and that's it.

Why would you say that is unfit? Neglecting is unfit. Abusing is unfit.

No - it might be inconvenient, it might harm the child scholastically but it's not abusive or neglectful.

Lots of people move a lot because of job transfers and, therefore, their kids move from school to school.

    I agree with JudyKayTree,

I moved 4 times and my life and that means 4 different schools. I dealt with it though and I never avenged my mom or dad for it.

Sorry that is not even close to unfit,

I have had actual cases of a women who was a hooker sleeping with men for money, drank all the time and even used some illegal drugs.
The courts saw no reason to take her kids away.
