I'm not happy in my marriage been having problems for the last 3 years, I got married from pakistan, my husband has been in the uk for over 3 years his visa has ran out and I have not applied for an extension, can he be deported if someone reported him?

I would think so. I mean, if his visa runs out he's not technically allowed to stay without an extension.
