Im in an all girls school and have been for all my life which makes it hard enough. Ive never dated, had my first kiss or been asked out. Im not bad looking at all, don't do to bad in school either and I can make anyone laugh. What's wrong? I am 15 turning 16 in a month and my birthday wish is for things to change. Please help!

The problem is not particularly you, but your environment. Nealry everyone's first relationship is in school and because there are no boys at your school you've been disadvantaged in that way.
Maybe get a job, you'll meet guys there, go and get yourself out there, nothing will happen if you don't make it happen

You haven't listed any information that help us understand how you might accomplish. So you don't have boys at school, OK. So you won't be accomplishing any of this at school.

Where do you encounter boys in an environment where you get to interact with them?

Try doing stuff outside of school where you might meet some guys you like. Try going to a church, getting a job, something along those lines.
