Then, using a plunger, plunge that baby...Here, add about 2-3 inches of water...set plunger in place..push down to get suction...have friend hold rag in overflow (gently) while you PULL back up on plunger strongly (Watch for friend eyes and such especially if you have used drano....wear goggles and be careful). Then push pull push pull.
In this case the pull up can do great things. See when plunge tub or even sink if overflow not blocked you get no pressure...just backs up overflow...get it??
